3.1. The University is inviting contractors to submit tenders for the enabling works (primarily service diversions and connections, and piled foundations) for the installation of modular buildings (by others) to form a two-storey teaching laboratory block for the Faculty of Biological Sciences. This will provide high-quality undergraduate teaching space, with a design life of 10 years or more. 3.2. The University has structured this Procurement based on a single-stage tender route.
