Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to provide a single authenticated account for its residents, businesses and service users. We require a secure portal which will allow customers to manage multiple service accounts using a single user id and password and to transact securely and efficiently with the council. The Council is looking to contract with a company who has a proven track record of delivering a secure customer portal, this must be delivered as Software as a Service, RMBC does not want this platform to be delivered from its data centre.
