This contract is for the provision of an Advocacy and Independent Visitor Service. The provider will be expected to provide and maintain CEC Advocacy Service in accordance with relevant statutory provisions and this specification, providing advocates who come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures with an ability to communicate with, and advocate for children and young people. The provider will provide advocates for young people either wishing to make a representation about the service they have received; seeking an early resolution of any area of concern they may have and making a formal complaint where necessary.
