This tender process is an opportunity for organisations become a member of the 'Provider Panel', to provide a compliant route to review the potential enablement of ESFA funding allocation for Adult and Community Learning. Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to procure and develop Adult Education Budget provision for the residents of the Borough reference Public Contracts Regulation Light Touch Regime.
