The purpose and primary objective of this Tender process is therefore to establish a panel of legal advisers/providers of legal services to be appointed to advise and/or represent Aston in relation to the principle areas of University business for which it seeks external legal advice namely Construction and Property Matters, Employment and People Matters and Litigation.
