3 Bunhill Row Office Refurbishment

The Electoral Commission is seeking to refurbish its main office, located on the edge of the City of London. Approximately 140 of our staff 'hot desk' out of this office, which is on the seventh floor of a shared occupancy building and covers 11,976 ft². The aim of the project is to provide a modern and flexible working environment. The refurbishment will include changes to the layout of the office, acoustic engineering consultancy and work to reduce sound transmission, furniture, fixtures and fittings, cabling and electrical work, and interior decorating.
