This opportunity (“Contract”) is for a single supplier to provide: 1. Civil Works and CDM Principal Designer/Principal Contractor Role for the ISO11 Fumigation Lobby Replacement Project. 2. Conversion of Structural Engineer’s drawings to Construction Drawings. 3. Liaison with Local Authority to ensure compliance with Building Control. This will include providing drawings and information as required by the Local Authority and hosting them during site visits. Fees for Building Control will be paid for by The Pirbright Institute. 4.
