These should be delivered through interventions from potential suppliers which will assist referred pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Programmes should meet the needs of the learners and will be designed to deliver appropriate experiences, skills acquisition and the undertaking of relevant outcomes as co-determined with the referring school or agency.
