Bulk and Ad hoc Hybrid Mail Services - Printing, Enclosing and Mailing Solution

Leicester City Council currently is in contract with a service provider for the bulk document mailing services (printing, enclosing and mailing) generated by the Revenues & Customer Support Service, Housing and Business Services Centre only, that expires in July 2020. Leicester City Council does not any have provision for ad hoc and non-bulk letters for all services to use a hybrid mail solution and these still follow the old traditional manual methods that denotes significant staff resource.
