You are invited to tender for the demolition of Vernon place and Dunstable Library. The site comprises of two adjoined buildings, Dunstable Library and Vernon Place an old four storey building. The Vernon Place block comprises a ground floor, first, Second and third floor. It also has a basement plant room located and accessible via the back of the building. Dunstable Library is constructed using block work and mortar with a reinforced concrete floor slab with and both buildings have flat roofs.
