CDHG - Provision of an Out of Hours Call Handling Service

County Durham Housing Group (CDHG) was created in April 2015, as a Community Benefit Society with charitable objects, from the completion of a large scale voluntary transfer of approximately 18,400 homes from Durham County Council. The group is made up of four registered providers consisting of a Parent Organisation (CDHG), East Durham Homes, Dale and Valley Homes and Durham City Homes. The group is governed by the parent board which has over-arching responsibility for the entire group.
