CHIC publishes this Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2022/S 000-003611 published in Find a Tender Service on the 8th February 2022. CHIC, as a central purchasing body, gives notice that under the transitional and saving regulations set out under the Procurement Act 2023, that this dynamic purchasing system and qualification system established under the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2015 must come to an end by 27th October 2028. Any contract awarded under this DPS will continue until it comes to an end and be managed under PCR 2015.
