Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations for a Children Looked After (CLA) Emotional Health & Wellbeing Service The aim of this Service is to provide a range of appropriate preventative and responsive interventions that support children and young people subject to increased risks to their continued positive mental health and emotional wellbeing.
