The Council (Employer) has initiated this project to remove a deteriorating and increasingly unsafe structure from its asset portfolio. As such, the project is considered to be very high profile. The Council (Employer) intends to procure a main contractor to deliver the project that will include the demolition of a multi-storey car park known as Cow Green Car Park on Lister Lane, Halifax. The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 Amendment No. 1.
