Demolition of Central Plant Nursery (WEC)

The Council wishes to appoint a suitable Contractor to demolish and remove the materials arising from the demolition off site of all existing buildings including outbuildings, structures and features, including basements, foundations, bases, sumps, floor slabs, fly tipping, vegetation, and services as well as asbestos containing materials. Following demolition, the works are to include backfilling of voids and making up levels as required with crushed materials of an approved grade, to include testing of material used and grading surfaces.
