The scheme aims to improve recruitment and retention in biology, chemistry, computer science, languages and physics teachers in 25 Loacal Authorities. Teachers who have gained Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) from 2013/14 to 2018/19 are in scope for the reimbursement.
