Domestic Energy Efficiency Retrofit Works DPS

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to enable the installation of energy efficiency measures to domestic properties as part of a retrofit programme designed to reduce carbon and tackle fuel poverty. Where demand for works of this nature is identified, the DPS will be utilised to identify a partner organisation(s) with whom to develop retrofit plans and deliver energy efficiency measures. These will be selected via a further competition advertised via the ProActis tender portal.
