Dynamic Purchasing System for Transport Services
What the buyer wrote
Westmorland and Furness Council are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services which includes, but not limited to, Home to School, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Pupil Referral Units, Health, Care and Communities Transport and Rural Wheels Service requirements. The Council reserves the right to purchase any service (whether similar to the services or not) from any service provider outside of the DPS and accordingly, admittance to the DPS does not give rise to any exclusivity for admitted operators
