Early Intervention & Prevention services - Tier 1 - Community Wellbeing

We are looking for the provision of a range of social group schemes and supportive interventions that reduce isolation in older people aged 65+ across the borough. The services will support older people to maintain good quality social relationships and provide opportunities to enable them to develop social networks. The service design will be dependent on the local context, local provision and the needs and wishes of local citizens.
