Eastbourne Library is situated on Grove Road near the train station and centre of the town. It is the busiest library in the county, receiving almost 20,000 visits per month. The library building consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine and first floor with mixed usage throughout providing stock to browse and borrow, reading and study space, free public computers, office space and staff welfare facilities. As usage is changing each library needs reshaping to ensure it meets the needs of customers now and into the future.
