Evaluation of Families Fund Programme

We are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver an evaluation of the Families Fund programme. The evaluation will be concerned with refining a common measurement framework for all the projects, supporting projects with data collection, reporting the impact of the programme, and providing an understanding of the processes and mechanisms by which relevant outcomes are or are not achieved. 2.
