Expression of Interest - Zero Carbon Roadmap Technical Guidance

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking expressions of interest from consultants who can help prepare an independent and science-driven report which can baseline our current greenhouse gas emissions and develop a Zero Carbon Roadmap with recommended interventions, activities and associated costs to get the Council and the borough to zero carbon by 2030. The Council has already embarked upon a decade long programme of fleet electrification and asset and stock decarbonisation while planning long-term investment in low-carbon heat networks.
