The MEP Clerk of Works shall act on behalf of the Employer (the Force) to monitor quality, compliance, and installation standards throughout the project lifecycle. The contract period for the MEP Clerk of Works will be approximately 20-months. The Force will require the Successful Contractor to attend site at least twice a week, there will also be a requirement to attend the site within 24-hours, should any issues arise.
