Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services

NHS Commercial Solutions is seeking to procure, through a framework agreement, a panel of suitably qualified and experienced providers of legal services to provide expert guidance to NHS and potentially other public sector organisations. The purpose of the procurement is to facilitate the provision of the services on any of (i) a case by case basis (ii) a periodical basis (e.g., for a period of 12 months) (iii) a retainer basis or (iv) in support of a specific project.
