The University has developed and agreed a Strategic Transformation and Change Programme (TCP) to drive, co-ordinate, support and deliver the necessary changes in University structures, infrastructure, systems, processes and culture. The programme will be managed and co-ordinated by a newly established team (the Transformation and Organisational Development team) which reports to the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice-Chancellor.
