Habilitation; Orientation, Mobility and Life Skills Services to Visually Impaired Children and Young People

The provision of a quality service that will enable visually impaired children and young people in full-time education up to and including 25 years of age for whom the Council has an education responsibility and who live in the County of Leicestershire, to acquire a range of skills appropriate to their needs, aspirations and age.
