Lincolnshire County Council is inviting tenders for the supply of its regulated Homecare Services, in line with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), the Light Touch Regime, and pursuant to 2 / 8 Regulation 76(7) of the PCR. Homecare Services will meet the health and social care needs for adults aged 18 and over who are ordinarily resident in Lincolnshire.
