Background and Context to the South West London Integrated Service (Incorporating NHS 111 and GPOOH procurement) The CCGs wish to commission an enhanced Integrated Service, which is staffed by highly trained advisors, supported by experienced clinicians who use a Clinical Assessment Programme alongside the Directory of Services (DoS) to assess the clinical needs of the caller. The CCGs want the Integrated Service to determine the right course of action, give clinical advice, information or reassurance when appropriate or signpost to the alternative service.
