Integrated Tobacco Control and Smoking Cessation Services for all ages in Nottinghamshire (Tobacco Control Services)

Provision of an integrated tobacco control and smoking cessation service for all ages across all seven districts of Nottinghamshire (Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, Bassetlaw, Gedling, Broxtowe and Rushcliffe) is required.
