Leeds City Council requires a solution that will allow us to manage our social media, meeting the requirements as outlined in the statement of requirements. We are looking for a solution for an initial 2 (two) years with the option to extend by 2 (two) further periods of 1 (one) year. The solution will be primarily used by colleagues in the Digital Access Operational Team to improve customer service through social media.
