This procurement activity relates to the provision of legal services as described as follows: - the provision of legal services related to potentially generally high value and/or complex corporate real estate transactions; - the provision of legal services related specifically to the potential corporate acquisitions of two strategic land and/or housebuilding companies, and; - the provision of legal services relating to alternative structures that would satisfy L&Q's strategic ambitions.
