<b>Introduction</b> LMH and LMH groups are looking to potentially commission services for a Liverpool Mutual Families Programme; this is to be a 3 year contract to the Client. Subject to requirement and funding: · Minimum beneficiaries over the 3 year period: · 60 families engaged (180 target based on family of 3) · 20 Per Cohort - 3 Cohorts Per year · Target families with children over 5 years old <b>Engagement</b> <b> </b> 12 Week programme -The provider will ensure that each family will have a record of attainment that they can use as a reference.
