GMCA are seeking a delivery partner, or partners, who are able to support our ambitions for growing our understanding of modern slavery, human trafficking and exploitation across Greater Manchester. There is a vast amount of uncaptured and underutilised information across partner agencies that can support improved proactive prevention and safeguarding activity in particular, whilst contributing to a more informed and targeted enforcement approach. There is also a great deal of known information that is not recorded anywhere, as systems are not able to capture this in their current format.
