Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking to procure an integrated Healthy Families Programme for 0-19 year olds, to be operational from 1st October 2025. The primary aim of the service will be to offer an integrated public health nursing service in line with the Healthy Families Programme to all families in Nottinghamshire.
