Office Extension & Estate office refurbishment

The contractor is required to provide costs for the construction of a small brick built office extension to the front of the Waltham Estate TMO office which is situated at the bottom of a residential medium rise block of flats. The works include the alteration and conversion of an adjacent former ground floor flat which will form additional office space to the current arrangement, the above extension will for the new entrance with reception counter.
