The Community Impact Partnership (CIP) is a joint venture between four of the UK's leading Housing Associations - Orbit Group, Clarion Housing Group, L&Q and Peabody Trust. The partnership is the first of its kind in the UK, established in 2018 its aim is to provide social investments for charities and social enterprises working in the communities served by the four partners. The CIP sits alongside the existing community investment programmes of the four partners, through which they collectively invest £30m per year.
