The Outstanding Teaching Learning and Assessment (OTLA) regional programme phase 3, is a regionally focussed, collaborative development programme to systematically improve teaching, learning and assessment, with a focus on attainment, retention and progression (value added measures). Taking a regional approach (i.e. large urban area, multiple counties, as well as one of the nine regions), we are looking for a tender response that will support the development of teaching staff (and potentially their leadership).
