PAN2297 - Housing Related Floating Support Services

Leicester City Council wishes to commission a consistent and innovative housing-related support service for households in Leicester, including singles, couples, young people, families and offenders & ex-offenders. The support service will deliver wrap around/holistic support that is provided at the point of need (often at a point of change in a person's life) to enable individuals to: • Maintain and / or find suitable affordable accommodation. • Transition from different forms of accommodation. • Sustain independent living.
