We want to prevent our most vulnerable children from being sent across the country, breaking their support networks in the city, experiencing additional trauma, and developing heightened dysregulation through a cycle of placement moves that provide few opportunities to engage in trauma-informed therapeutic work, and to develop resilience. This opportunity will be a single provider framework, with key projects to be called off
