Pleasley Vale Business Park window replacement/refurbishment and other associated works project

The Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a project to replace or refurbish a large number of the windows on this site, the majority of which have had very little maintenance over the years. In 2019 the Council appointed Ridge and Partners to undertake a window condition survey, the findings of which are included as part of this documentation. Upon surveying, it was discovered that a number of windows needed replacing but that the majority just needed some repair and redecoration to bring them back into a reasonable state of repair.
