The LAA is inviting Applicants who hold an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contracts ("HPCDS Contract" or "Contract") in 7 Schemes to deliver the Services from 24 August 2020 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months. The procurement process for HPCDS Services is open to all existing Housing and Debt Providers who are able to meet the minimum contract requirements.
