The Council license taxi drivers to operate within the Bradford MDC. As such it has a responsibility to ensure that the drivers that it is issuing licences to are capable of driving to a good professional standard. This tender is for suitably qualified and experienced people to carry out driver assessment tests and to produce a report of the outcome of the test. Approximately 900 assessment tests are required per year. However this volume is not guaranteed and may go down as well as up.
