Provision of Employee Assistance Programme

Cheshire Occupational Health Service (COHS) is an in-house NHS Occupational Health Service hosted by Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT). COHS wishes to appoint a provider to operate an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which will assist the Service to proactively improve the health of employees and to help reduce sickness absence. The core provision of the service will be to provide the following: 24 hour, 365 days a year confidential telephone support counselling, advice and information underpinned by face to face counselling sessions where required.
