Provision of independent, universally accessible advice and guidance to Enfield residents

The Council is seeking bids to agree a grant-based service provision with a locally focused voluntary sector organisation/consortium* to provide independent and universally available advice and guidance to our residents. We see the provision of independent, informed and consistent support being available to our residents relating to debt counselling and the management of household budgets, supporting families and individuals through significant changes in benefit entitlement and the impacts of these changes as critical to the future growth, sustainability and strength of our communities.
