Brunelcare wishes to select a contractor ("the Contractor"), to provide internal refurbishment works ("the Works") at Woodland Court, our retirement village, as set out in the Contract Documents at Appendix 2. The Contract Documents include the Specification containing a detailed description of the Works being procured. Woodland Court is situated in Downend and consists of 56 apartments - 41 apartments have one bedroom, 15 bedrooms have two bedrooms.
