The Council requires a consultant to undertake a comprehensive evaluation and review of its Housing Options service with specific focus on how it manages its statutory homelessness functions. The Housing Options statutory homeless service in Birmingham is seeing unprecedented levels of homeless presentations and demand for temporary accommodation leading to increasing caseloads and pressures on staff and resources.
