Repairs to the existing roof membrane over the last few years have failed to resolve the roof leaks in a number of areas and water ingress and damage is evident inside the building. The replacement of the roof membrane and roof mounted air handling units was identified in the 2019 Building Condition Survey report (by Oakleaf Building Surveyors Ltd for MDC) as requiring lifetime replacement in 2029…
