SBC0416 Repair and Refurbishment Works to 29 Town Square and 38 Queensway Stevenage

Stevenage Borough Council is looking for competent contractors to tender for core shell building alteration works, forming new retail units over two floors at existing property 29 Town Square, Stevenage. The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 incorporating amendment 1 issued March 2015. The contractor should note that internal inspection of the premises is not possible, see Section 3 and Section 4 for further details and full scope of the works.
