This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council Article 74. Surrey County Council is seeking to commission a Domestic Abuse perpetrator intervention for Surrey service for a period of 18 months with the option to extend. The new service will be jointly funded by Surrey County Council (SCC), the Police Crime Commission (PCC) and Surrey Police. The Domestic Abuse (DA) Strategy for Surrey 2013-18 encourages both victim and perpetrators to seek help and aims to focus efforts on providing a holistic response to all those affected by domestic abuse including perpetrators.
