Schools Experience of Hosting Traninees and Employing Newly Qualified Teachers Project

Research project to develop a detailed understanding of the possible demands and impacts on schools of hosting trainee teachers and employing newly qualified teachers (NQTs). Each of the five main initial teacher training (ITT) routes will be investigated as part of this research. Each route requires a different percentage of the training year spent in placements and there are differences in the number of placements completed between each route.
